During checkout, please select the appropriate shipping charge!

  • In-Stock items shipped from our warehouse will typically arrive in 3 - 5 business days. The day the order is placed is not calculated in the date range and business days do not include weekends or holidays. Most orders shipped within 48 hours!

 

  • Items shipped directly from our vendors / distributors may take additional time for delivery. We do not stock all items, so some items may be drop-shipped to your door.

 

  • Inventory Disclaimer: While we strive to keep an accurate inventory of products, our inventory levels change on a daily basis which may result in a certain product not being on hand for immediate shipment. If a product becomes out of stock, attempts to contact the customer will be made. When contacted you will have the option to cancel the order with a full refund or have the product shipped to you when the product arrives, usually within 7-14 days.

         We use an automated inventory update system that updates our "stock available" numbers once every hour. Since we also accept phone orders, it's possible that you may place an order online for an item that our website will show as available when it really isn't. It doesn't happen all that often, but it can. It's frustrating for all of us, but it is a fact of Internet life.   

Pricing and specifications:

  • Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Typograpgic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.
  • Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state, or local laws.

Return Policy:

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Returned items will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. The buyer cover the return shipping, that's only fair .  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.

 

  • Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt. To return an item, you must call for an RA#.

          All prices are in US dollars.

          A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

 

      

Standard Shipping Method
Our "Standard Shipping" method will send your package(s) one of three ways: UPS, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail. Depending upon your package(s) size, weight, and distance to travel are factors on choosing how the package(s) will ship. Delivery time will range from 7 to 10 business days. If you would like to specify UPS as the carrier add an additional $4.00 to shipping.

  

 

 

UPS
The chart above is a display of how many business days it will approximately take for your package to be delivered to you, by UPS, once your order has left our warehouse.

Priority Mail
Priority Mail is normally a 2-3 day service. The vast majority of Priority Mail is scheduled for delivery within two days, with some volume delivered overnight. Priority Mail rates can be determined by weight and travel distance or by using Priority Mail products which have a fixed rate regardless of distance.

First-Class Mail
First-Class Mail includes cards, letters, flat envelopes, and any parcels weighing less than 13 ounces. First-Class Mail rates are the same regardless how far the mail travels. 
 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Please call customer service (570)537-3378 immediately. 

PLEASE NOTE:
UPS has a fee for readdressing a package. If you ask UPS to deliver a package to an address other than the one you have supplied us with, then UPS will charge us $5.00 and we will charge you $5.00. Please supply us with the address you wish your package to be shipped to.

Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges and shipping time.

Additional freight fees may apply to extra heavy, oversized packages, or multiple package shipments. 

Many items are marked on our site with the words, oversized/heavyweight , "Extra shipping required" or "Extra handling required." When ordering these items the rate chart used for regular orders will be ignored, and we will charge the exact shipping/insurance cost plus a $4.00 handling fee.  

Any package with a length of 60" or longer will be assessed with a special $5.00 UPS surcharge. This is a fee that is above and beyond the oversized fee, if it applies. For instance, if an oversized package is charged the 30# shipping rate AND if it also has a "longest side" of 60" or more, then an ADDITIONAL $5.00 fee is added to the already higher Oversized Fee. This $5.00 fee does not apply to packages shipped via US Mail, but there is also an oversized rate for large packages being shipped via the US Mail. This means that no matter which company ships an oversized package for us, you are charged extra, above and beyond the normal shipping table rate, to ship those packages. We reserve the right to use whichever carrier we feel will save our customers on their shipping fees. We are looking out for the better interests of our customers, and that is Good Customer Service!
